Incepted in the year 2003, as Partnership firm with the name “Sivaram Fibre Tech” and it was upgraded as private limited company in the year 2011 with new name Wintec LLP Tech India Pvt Ltd. Registered as a Small Scale Industry, we have state-of-the-art manufacturing unit located close to Chennai City in the southern part of India, Wintec LLP Tech is equipped with latest machines and equipment. WHAT IS FRP?

Fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) also known as Glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) is a composite of fiberglass and plastic or polymer resin that when combined, offer a stronger, more durable, more corrosion resistant and heat-resistant product than other metals

The process came into its own in the late 1970s, surpassing steel and other metals as the preferred choice in thousands of applications. And because molds can be designed in any shape, size, FRP products can be made in virtually any shape and size as well.

Using a mold to create the finished product, fiberglass is generally thermoset with a type of plastic or epoxy resin. When cured, the end product will hold its shape because of the resin, while the fiberglass will provide strength and stiffness. This technology has led to increased durability and strength in hostile and corrosive environments. In FRP there are various types of resin such as Epoxy resin, Vinyl ester resin, Bisphenol polyester resin, Isophthalic Polyester Resin, etc. Based on the application of product, we choose correct type of resin. In certain cases Polypropylene is used as inner liner, when resins are not suitable for such application.

FRP Storage Tank

Our Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) tanks come in a wide assortment of shapes, sizes and capacities to meet virtually any storage and processing need. We practice hand lay-up (contact molded) construction.

STANDARD

BS4994 (formally: British Standard 4994:1987) is the “specification for the design and construction of vessels and storage tanks in reinforced plastics”. It specifies a code of practice for use by manufacturers of such containers. With the publication of BS EN 13121-3, BS 4994:1987 Specification for design and construction of vessels and tanks in reinforced plastics is declared obsolescent, which will still cover those tanks still in service as tanks made from GRP are generally accepted to have a long working life

Lifting & Hold Down Lugs: Lifting lugs and hold-down lugs are available to fit certain requirements.
Ladders and Cages: Large access platforms can be constructed to your exact specifications to include OSHA-certified ladders, safety cages, top handrails and more. (Large Access Platforms CAN be constructed)
Baffles: Baffles of all size are available for construction.

FRP SCRUBBER SYSTEM

For meeting Pollution Control Board norms for outlet emissions we design and manufacture high efficiency equipments for a wide range of Gases-Fumes-Dusts as well as recovery of these, such as Acid Fumes (HCL, H2SO4, HNO3 etc.), HCL gas-CL2-SO2-NOX-NH3-H2S-Flue gasesFurnace gases and other gaseous effluent. Based on your process and end product disposal requirements, we supply entire scrubbing system, which could be made of FRP, PP/FRP, FRV, PVC/FRP etc depending upon the clients requirement & type of fumes eliminated during the process.

Scrubber systems are a diverse group of air pollution control devices that can be used to remove some particulates and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams. Traditionally, the term “scrubber” has referred to pollution control devices that use liquid to wash unwanted pollutants from a gas stream. Recently, the term is also used to describe systems that inject a dry reagent or slurry into a dirty exhaust stream to “wash out” acid gases. Scrubbers are one of the primary devices that control gaseous emissions, especially acid gases. Scrubbers can also be used for heat recovery from hot gases by flue-gas condensation.

Blower is a mechanical device for moving air or other gases. It has a fan wheel composed of a number of fan blades, or ribs, mounted around a hub. We provide Blowers in Composite and Dual Laminates to meet the requirement of the client having numerous applications in Corrosive industries. These Blowers are casing to Impeller with Dynamically balanced shaft. The impellers are manufactured in various types like closed, semi open and open depending on the application. The drive type would be direct orBelt driven. Blower are manufactured of any capacity, as per the requirement of the client.

The Piping and Ducting are manufactured in various sizes ranging from 15mm dia. to 3000 mm dia. at length of 3000 mm in a single piece or upto continuous length by butt joint in a Composite or Dual Laminate.`

A damper is a valve or plate that stops or regulates the flow of air inside a duct, chimney, VAV box, air handler or other air handling equipment. Its operation can be manual or automatic. Manual dampers are turned by a handle on the outside of a duct. Automatic dampers are used to regulate airflow constantly and are operated by electric or pneumatic motors, in turn controlled by a thermostat or building automation system.

A hood is a ventilation device that is designed to limit exposure to hazardous or noxious fumes, vapors or dusts. A hood is typically a large piece of equipment enclosing five sides of a work area, the bottom of which is most commonly located at a standing work height.

We manufacture and supply a range of fume extraction systems that is apt for dust & all types of fumes. These systems are designed as per the layout of the plant that are cost effective solutions for providing dust free, fumes free and clean atmosphere. These systems are simple in operation.

FRP CABlE TRAY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Our FRP cable support systems are ideal for locations where the metallic systems get easily corroded (Iron forms rusty layer and Aluminium makes white or silver greyish patina). Our FRP cable ladders and FRP cable trays are made on fully automated heavy duty plant. Our cable trays meet stringent Fire retardant requirements. Our cable support systems are available in two types- Ladder cable tray and perforated cable tray. These are good replacement of those cable trays that easily get corrode, spread heat and erode.

Our Engineers design as per your specific workloads, widths and heights. Units are shop assembled and shipped in maximum size sections to minimize field installation. FRP Walkways, Platforms and Stairways are fabricated from fiberglass protrusions section It may I Section, Box, round angle and C section that have a Class 1 fire retardance, with an ASTM E-84 flame spread rating of 25 or less. Molded or Pultruded FRP Grating may be used on Walkways, Stairways and Platform Systems.
FRP cable trays are manufactured for a comprehensive array of cable management requirements. Created from glass armoured thermoset fire resistant resins, our each cable support system is designed and manufactured with sturdy metals, mostly steel and aluminium, excluding their corrosion, electrical conductivity and weight problems.
